The Artful Art Prize is a unique collaboration between Achieve Australia and Accessible Arts. Artful is open to all Australian residents no matter their experience level or where they live. We will announce the 2025 categories on our FAQs page soon. Stay tuned!

Our mission

Our mission is to bring together a diverse community of people from across Australia to explore and celebrate creative expression in a fun and social way. We believe that art is for everyone, regardless of age, ability, or experience, so we want to create an inclusive and welcoming space for all who want to explore their creative potential.

Prizes and when winners will be announced

You can submit an artwork in one or more categories. The only restriction is that entrants cannot submit more than one artwork per category.

Judging the winners

Each category will be judged by a panel of art professionals who work closely with Accessible Arts.

About our Ambassador - Tim Ferguson

Tim Ferguson is a widely acclaimed artist, comedian and screenwriter. He’s toured the world performing stand-up and musical comedy, co-writing dozens of live stage comedy shows and light entertainment programs.

Tim is a patron of MS Australia, and national advocate for employment of people with disabilities.

About Accessible Arts

The peak arts and disability organisation in NSW, Accessible Arts strives to advance the rights of, and opportunities for, people with disability or who are d/Deaf to develop and sustain professional careers in the arts and have equitable access to arts and culture across NSW.

For 37 years, Accessible Arts has worked with and for our community to accelerate and celebrate the diverse professional, cultural and social impacts of arts and disability. This is achieved through providing a range of programs, workshops and services which focus on career advancement, audience development and community engagement for arts practitioners and audiences with disability.
